For short or long-term letting - Perpignan Apartment: recently renovated, 1 bedroom and centrally located. Sleeps 2-3, offering stylish, modern, accommodation.

Situated on the 2nd floor of a highly maintained 1950’s building in a pleasant, quiet residential area, the property comprises:

• a lounge/diner with comfortable seating, balcony
• air conditioning
• a wide screen, flat TV showing English and French channels
• a fully equipped American-style kitchen
• a premium bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin and W.C.
• a double bedroom furnished with a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobes, large balcony

Bookings

Changeovers are usually Saturday – Saturday, however we are happy to accept mid-week bookings whenever possible – Low seasons only.  Short breaks are also offered, subject to availability, and reductions are available for longer lets.    Please note the prices are payable in EUROS PER WEEK.

A 25% deposit is required on booking, the balance being due 8 weeks prior to the commencement date of your stay.

A refundable damage-deposit of 150.00 euros is payable along with your final payment - returned within 1 week of your departure assuming no damage is found.

Location

Just a few minute’s walk to the cafés and shops and the heart of medieval Perpignan - a lively and historic city, dating from the 13th and 14th centuries it has a distinct Spanish flavour; where the Kings of Majorca once held court.

You’ll find many ancient attractions including ‘Le Castillet’, a 14th century gateway and part of the old city walls, now housing the Casa Pairal Museum; the Cathedrale St-jean with its elaborate interior and the Palais de Rois de Majorque, the royal palace of King James II. 

The cobbled, pedestrianised area is buzzing with cafes, brasseries, chic boutiques and chocolatiers. The market in the Place de la Republique is one of many places selling local produce and wines at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended for experiencing a slice of French life.

Well situated for both the Mediterranean coast and the Pyrenees - the apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the local train/bus station and BIP bike hire routes, making it an excellent base to explore the coastal resorts and mountain regions all year round.
